It's been almost a year since my last journal entry, and for some reason my heart always finds it way back to the art but my life always tries to stray from it. I don't know why? Or maybe I do, because I'm a fool. I could probably settle the blame on my overly conservative small town or social reasons, but it is just simply my fault.

I did buy a nice camera, but someone was nice to steal it because I was enjoying it. I had a Rebel XTi and I was getting good with it, but those days are gone. I would buy another one but I had only planned on investing in 1 and I can't really afford another one. That really does make me sad because I felt I was starting to open myself in a different way and though most of my photography wasn't super artistic but rather the basics of taking pictures of parties and everything that seemed uninteresting I began to finally understand how to use depth of field to my advantage. I was getting damn good at it too. So I dunno, I would write more, but the people in this day and age have traded the thousand words for a single photograph, and it's hard to write knowing that it will go unread and forgotten, hell even I will forget after a time.

Oh well, maybe I will return to the community, maybe not. In the mean time, cheers mates. And I wish you all the best in your own personal experience with your passions.
